Our core commitment: MrsDispute does not store, log, retain, or share any evidence, case details, customer messages, or personal data you submit during a dispute analysis. All uploaded files and case information are processed in real time and permanently deleted immediately after your analysis is complete. We have no database of your disputes.

1. Who We Are

MrsDispute is an AI-powered dispute analysis tool operated by MrsDispute LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide dispute intelligence services to merchants and businesses that accept card payments. Our registered address is in the State of Wyoming, United States.

For privacy-related questions, contact us at: [email protected]

2. What Information We Collect

We collect two categories of information:

Account information (stored permanently): When you create an account through our payment platform (Whop), we receive your email address, name, and subscription status. This information is necessary to provide you access to our service. We do not store payment card details — these are handled entirely by Whop and Stripe.

Case information (never stored): When you submit a dispute for analysis, you may provide platform details, case type, disputed amounts, customer messages, and evidence files including screenshots and documents. This information is transmitted to our AI analysis system, processed to generate your assessment, and permanently deleted. We do not retain, log, or store any case information after your analysis is delivered.

3. How We Use Your Information

Account information is used to:

  • Authenticate your access to the MrsDispute tool
  • Track your case credits and subscription status
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, plan confirmations)
  • Respond to support requests

Case information is used solely to generate your dispute analysis. It is not used for any other purpose, is not shared with any third party, and is not retained after delivery of your results.

  • We do not store your dispute case details, customer messages, or evidence files
  • We do not sell your data to any third party
  • We do not use your case information to train AI models
  • We do not share your information with advertisers

Refund Policy
Last updated: April 2025 · Effective: April 2025

MrsDispute offers a straightforward refund policy designed to be fair to both our users and our business.

1. Subscription Plans

7-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with MrsDispute within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. This applies to first-time subscribers only and requires that you have used fewer than 5 case analyses during that period.

After the 7-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. We encourage you to use the 3 free trial cases before subscribing to ensure MrsDispute meets your needs.

2. Pay-Per-Case Credits

Unused credits: If you have purchased pay-per-case credits and have not used them, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Used credits: Credits that have been consumed by a completed analysis are non-refundable. A credit is considered used once you receive your analysis results, regardless of whether the analysis helped you win the dispute.

3. Technical Failures

If a technical error on our end prevents an analysis from completing and a credit is incorrectly consumed, we will restore the credit to your account upon verification. Contact us at [email protected] with your case details.

4. What We Do Not Refund

  • Subscription fees after the 7-day guarantee period
  • Credits consumed by completed analyses
  • Fees for disputes that were lost after using MrsDispute (we provide analysis tools, not outcome guarantees)
  • Annual plan fees after the first 7 days

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Our promise: We will always handle refund requests fairly. If you have a genuine issue with our Service, reach out and we will do our best to make it right.

Disclaimer
Last updated: April 2025 · Effective: April 2025
Please read this disclaimer carefully before using MrsDispute. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer.

1. Not Legal Advice

MrsDispute is an AI-powered analysis tool. The analysis, win probability scores, missing evidence identification, action plans, and draft responses generated by MrsDispute do not constitute legal advice. MrsDispute LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation.

No attorney-client relationship is formed between you and MrsDispute LLC through your use of this Service. If you require legal advice regarding a payment dispute, chargeback, or related matter, you should consult a qualified attorney.

2. Not Financial Advice

Nothing in MrsDispute's analysis constitutes financial advice. Win probability scores are AI-generated estimates based on the information you provide and should not be relied upon to make financial decisions. Actual dispute outcomes depend on many factors outside our analysis, including the policies and discretion of individual payment processors, card networks, and issuing banks.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

MrsDispute does not guarantee that using our Service will result in winning any dispute, claim, or chargeback. Our tool provides analysis and drafting assistance to help merchants build stronger cases. The final outcome of any dispute is determined solely by the relevant payment processor, card network, or financial institution.

4. Accuracy of Analysis

While we work to ensure our analysis is as accurate and helpful as possible, MrsDispute's AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions, or assessments that are inappropriate for your specific situation. Payment processor rules, card network policies, and dispute handling procedures change frequently. Our analysis reflects general best practices and may not account for recent policy changes or your specific processor's internal guidelines.

You are responsible for reviewing all analysis and draft responses before submitting them to any payment processor or card network. Do not submit any response without reviewing it for accuracy and applicability to your specific situation.

5. Information Accuracy

The accuracy of MrsDispute's analysis depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Submitting incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information will result in analysis that does not reflect your actual situation. MrsDispute LLC is not responsible for analysis based on incorrect information provided by users.

6. Historical Win Rates

Any win rates or statistics displayed on the MrsDispute platform represent historical data and general industry benchmarks. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Your actual win rate will depend on the specifics of each case, the evidence available, and the policies of the relevant payment processor or card network at the time of your dispute.

7. Limitation of Reliance

You should not rely solely on MrsDispute's analysis when making important business decisions. We strongly encourage you to:

  • Review all generated content carefully before submission
  • Verify that the evidence described in draft responses accurately reflects what you have
  • Check current policies of your payment processor before submitting
  • Consult a legal or financial professional for high-value or complex disputes
  • Meet all deadlines independently — do not rely on MrsDispute for deadline tracking
